How we work

The Prop Bank functions via an online calendar bookings system. Similar to a hotel booking, you select the period of hire of one, two or three weeks and start date. Then add the item to your cart. Any current bookings for the item will be  blocked from selection.  You'll be requested to agree to the T&C's prior to payment. Once payment has been made a confirmation will be emailed followed by a 'ready for collection' email 24hrs- 48hrs prior to the collection date. Once returned items will be inspected for any loss or damage. In the unfortunate situation this happens, you will be notified and payment taken from the payment card. Note: Hire is based on 7 day increments, should the calendar show item is available less that than this time and between to existing bookings, you will be unable to book the item. 

The Prop Store functions as an normal online store.
